Power Loss Calculation for Continous Load, Intermittent Load and Standby Load

how to calculate the power loss in a panel when there are feeders of continous,intermittent and standby loads. is there a specific formulae or notes that can help me out. i have googled and found a little reference for my problem.

Use the current curve and calculate I^2R and get the total.
