Need Share API 650 (2011) Full Page

Hi All,

I am working in a petroleum project which base on API 650. But my code (API 650-2011) it only has 282 pages, lack of many pages such as Point 7.3.6.6 to Point 8.3.2.4

Can anybody help me? My email is:
