Dynamometer Power Calculation

10/03/2012 7:14 AM

Dear all,

In some application i came across DYNAMOMETER, We have one single phase 240kw and one 3 phase 350kw dynamometers. We know KW formula of dynamometer P(Kw)=(Nm * RPM)/9549.

I wonder how to get same power rating when electrical data is given for one coil, we have three coils connected in series for 240Kw Dynamometer, one coil data is as bellow (Direct Current).

"We have three coils connected in series for 240Kw Dynamometer"
