How to Root Mobile

i want to remove system installed apps on my mobile phone.
Please suggest me a software/application.

You have not indicated make & type no. of subject mobile phone. i am using a local company mobile. it qmobile noir A5.

Do moblie phones have root? If they did, we'd put them in the root cellar 'tilll spring, then dig 'em up. The chill would kill all the bugs, and next spring daddy's nicotine spray took care of all the new bugs.

Whatever vegatable your "phone" is, I'm sure daddy's nicotine spit can take care of any bug problem.

If all you are looking to do is remove apps from your app drawer, you can use a different launcher such as Nova or Apex launcher and they give you the option to remove the app from the app drawer (does not uninstall the app, though). You can also use the app called Titanium Backup to remove the icon and "freeze" the app, as it will not completely uninstall, but it will block it from running. If none of this works for you, or you want to root, keep reading.

Upon some research this phone does not seem to have much development for it. I have found some reports of SuperOneClick root method working. So here's what you can try:

1) Download and install SuperOneClick.

2) Make sure all the drivers for your phone are installed and working on your computer.

3) Put your phone into Debugging mode by going to Settings, and there you should be able to find an option for USB Debugging mode. Turn this on.

4) Connect your phone to your computer through USB and do NOT mount the SD card. Instead, use "Charge Only" mode.

5) Open SuperOneClick and click Root. If it does not work, try a few more times. Sometimes it doesn't work for me but for some reason it will work after a few tries. If it still doesn't work, or if it hangs at a certain step in the rooting process, try toggling the USB mode from Charge Only to USB storage, back to Charge Only. This sometimes forces it to continue the rooting process.

If you're not sure if it worked or not, you can download "Root Checker" from the Google Play store and it will tell you if you're phone's rooted or not. Let us know how it went.

HOW TO: Root your Android Phone

1. Z4root is an .apk file which is used in rooting your android phone. You can download Z4root here and keep the downloaded .apk file in your desktop.

2. Connect your phone with the computer and enable use storage to copy the downloaded file into your mobile.

3. Make sure you done these things before rooting your mobile phone.

i. Enable USB Debugging in your mobile phone (Settings -> Applications -> Development -> USB debugging)

ii. You must have SD card in your device.

iii. Also you must install Z4Root in your device not in SD card.

4. Now copy the app from your desktop to mobile.

5. Check for the app using file manager in your mobile (Astr0 file manager is preferable)

6. After you locate the file tap on the app to start the rooting process

7. Once the rooting process is finished your phone reboots with root privilege.
