SKM PTW Error Code 4

Hello Experts,

Can anyone advise how I can resolve the SKM PTW Error Code 4. It just kept crashing on whenever I try to run the Arc Flash Study.

It works without any problem on any other project and as well as for previous scenarios of the same project. But it kept crashing on the new scenario with several additions. I tried to run Arc Flash Study after putting the new additions out of service but no change, it just crashes on Error Code 4. I know the meaning of the error code 4, I know that our hardware key connection works fine. But i think its something else that needs to fixed.
