Increase Capacitor Bank Capacity

I want to increase capacitor bank capacity, but I can't (200kvar TP 320 kvar) Increase the load because I already using full capacity of electric Power.(850A) full load. .if I increase capacitor bank ,will the ampere will rise. ? ,

It will balance out. When you have a shut-down of some load, you try out additional capacitors & carry out a check on your Amps consumption, with/without additional capacitors.

What is your power factor at 850 amps? You need to know this before adding additional capacitors.

As #2 said, you need to check your existing load p.f.

If below 0.95 and the new increse of p.f. will not exceed the 0.95 (for safety), then your existing load will not increase the Amps drawn. The Amps will drop for the same kW consumption.

Is the capacitor bank work on his own power? What it takes a current that not comes under full Load Current of overall factory?
