Hot Dip Galvanised Support Installation Exposed Location

I would like to take suggestions for the intallation of HDG channel support over roof top and want to run PVC coated RGS pipe is it ok, is there any NEC REFERENCE to justify my installation?

How to calculate load? AS PER nema VE 2/1 or is there other calculation for conduits installation LIKE nec art 344 ?

I suggest contacting the organization that sold you the HDG channel and ask them your questions.

Who would be a better source of technical information about this channel than the manufacturer?

They would have some incentive to see that the installation is properly engineered.

They would also have some idea of the dimensions of the parts in question, since you give no useful information here.

Or, hire a consultant.

For conduit installation see NEC Art.344 .For cable tray NEC Art.392 and NEMA VE-2 it is recommended.
