wind load criteria shall be adopted for all calculations with design wind speed as 40m/s (144 Km/h at 10m from ground). , The Operational wind speed 112km/h (consider at 10m from ground). Towers maximum Twist at the specified wind speed & Towers Maximum Deflection at the antenna height for the specified wind speed Max 1.0 Degree , Applicable Terrain category; C. The survival wind speed (Collapse) shall be 50 m/s."

i need to find different between

design wind speed as 40/s and the survival wind speed (collaps)50m/s , and what if consider the survival wind speed (collapse) 40m/s not 50m/s>>>>

thanks in advance

40 M/S design speed-tower must function atleast up to this speed. 50M/S Collapse speed-tower must not fell down atleast up to this speed, though it may fail to function.
