I'm not familiar with 'hich type' but it probably depends on what type of fire alarm you are trying to detect.

Joshi is correct, weatherproof thermal detectors are used if you want an electrical device.

You should also have an engineered open head water spray system around the transformer, activated by the thermal detectors by way of the fire alarm panel.
