AS_DC31 navigator.exe Does Not Allow to Use Schneider's Twido Soft

Maybe someone know how to overcome a problem. I have downloaded and registered the Schneider's Twido Suite. But as soon as I open it there keep to pop up the message that the "navigator" has encountered a problem and need to close the program. What to do ?
