Please Can Someone Help with Troubleshoot Hit

I had a problem with sony digital tv generic with a cct board similar to that of universal board. after a strong surge it`s power supply blown i managed to repair the power supply and am able to get all the required dc voltages, the remote LED is glowing when you power it but the system has refused to switch on.can some one help me with further trouble shoot hints.

You don't think a strong surge only took out the power supply, do you? I would check any capacitors on the boards.

I have checked all the capacitors ok, all the voltages ok, further i have removed vertical sweep cct, thinking may be it would be faulty but still no success. the HT cable to cathode tube is giving just small click as if it switching but can not display any light in the screen on disconnection from the tube the charges are present please help.H-pulse tr. tested ok.

Check whether any copper tracks has burnt.
