The Impressive Tech That Came From CES

01/16/2013 2:33 PM

For those who may not know, there is a yearly conference called the Consumer Electronics Show (or CES) in which all different manners of various new tech is displayed to get some publicity and hype for new projects.

As an example, you should check out the blog on Paper Tablets, a product that was shown during the CES.

I had a couple of things on my radar going into the CES such as the PCIe slot SSD with its 6 gbps read/write speeds and the modular motherboard fitting into one of the tiniest computers you'll ever see.

Now that the dust on the conference is settled, did anyone spot anything interesting that might've caught their eye?

There ya have it. Nobody cares now days.

I went back in the 80's to both Vegas and Chicago, as a speaker and exhibitor for noise cancellation devices.

Things were different then. New stuff really was.........new. Now nothing can escape the light of day, or it seems, the internet.

Man, it used to be a lot of fun!!! Especially Vegas.
