Shunt Down High Coolant

hi friends,,.,,,

i have 500 kva perkins genset ... and i has( fixied GMP - 201c controller) .... this controller shows (sd high coolant ) like that complain was coming then engine was automatically shunt down ...... i has checked coollant level sensor and coolant temp sensor its both okay.. i was did the bypass the coolant temp sensor also .. but same complaint come ... please say some ideas ........

Ever thought of getting someone in from the main agents to service you're gen set? It's seems to give a lot of trouble.
