	This sounds doable to me. Hopefully it can lessen conflicts brewing in the South China Sea and elsewhere. I see cheap clean energy as the best way to reduce chances of war. Cooperate in developing it rather than fighting over tiny islands, and continental shelves. It may be something to save for the future, if land based natural gas is ever used up, or it may be more economical now, at least for some nations. 	I was hoping they would look at the methane hydrates, I had written to a electric power magazine editor some years ago that the off-shore windmills should also be drilling platforms and methane hydrate processing and now they are starting the big loop of windmills down the east coast from New York to Norfolk was one plan. 	Just a few years ago, everyone was saying there was an energy shortage. Now we have more than we can use. Maybe they will be saying, in a few years, that we are entering a global cooling phase, and we will need a lot of natural gas heating.

Yo see, the methane ice clathrate is there for normal people to shiver and recoil, as methane is a 1000x worse greenhouse gas, as anything else. AND YOU WANT TO BURN THE DAMN THING!!! 	Thanks, A pat on the back is something I rarely get! It is fully appreciated, and I will savor it. I have spent about eight hours a day , for about five months, defending fracking, and promoting natural gas use. I started with a corn stove when energy was high priced because of ethanol. Loved biomass, solar, and wind etc. Then I figured out that the oil companies had been hiding the fact that we have had abundant natural gas available for many years. I have some proof, but wont bother you with the details.
