H13 Cavities Welding

dear CR4 masterminds, one of my die casting mold made from H13 accident while operating, can any one help me what is best weld for die casting molds on its cavities?

thanks JPool, coz of English is not my Native language, so fact is i can't understand what type of electrodes use to weld die steel H13 while using TIG.

From what I am reading, one repair company likes 2% thoriated tungsten2 , one likes 2% ceriated tungsten, but everyone says that preheating is crucial for repair of H13. About 600 F.
