Please suggest that, In the terminal we have Pipeline system
in subsea about 300 Meters and this system is about 15 Years old previously
until 2 years before it was operated at 8 bar pressure, Due to some
reasons operation of these lines are stop before 2 years but it remains filled
with Diesel Oil, we started operation through these lines at 6 bar for the pread of 40 hours and now we wants to operate these lines again at maximum pressure, Is it required
any testing like Hydro Test to operate these lines at 8 bar pressure or it is
not necessary and what is the standard Or industry practice and also note that
cathotic protection of lines is in working, and I want to know that what is the
max life of any line when it should require to be Hydro test or any test to
check the strength and integrity.
