SIS Cabinet

Hi for a offshore LNG application for the control of a HIPPS and Depressurization System there is a SIS cabinet provided . Can anyone tell me what is this SIS cabinet if it a PLC

Can you hold it a little closer to the monitor??? I can't read the label from here.

Maybe read to us the operator's manual, or post it.

I am guessing that the SIS Cabinet is the Safety Interlock/ System/Switch for the High Integrity Pipeline/Pressure Protection System.

Your reading this off the P&ID's? Look at the Legend pages, they are usually the first few and there is always a Legend of what the Acronyms mean.
