Check with reputed anti-friction bearing or shaft coupling manufacturers.

If you are really an engineer, you should know that dynamic balancing cannot be learned by having someone walk you through the fundamentals and expect to pass exams that would qualify you as maintenance manager, any more than we could tell you how to fly a plane.

If, indeed, you are an engineer, you should know how to search for and retrieve information that is relevant to the topic at hand.

What you seem to be wanting to do is fool the company into thinking you are qualified to perform tasks about which you know nothing, except what was told you by an anonymous stranger.
