Need to know the possibilities of alternator stator winding burnt.

Stamford alternator of JGS-320 gas genset!!

You seem to be asking a lot of plant maintenance related questions, do you not have anyone qualified on site or local who you can ask (especially if the faults you have been asking about are related)?

We could give you a dozen guesses but is that really going to be of any help.

Perhaps it is time to call in an electrician (or similar) to diagnose and fix the problems on site for you.

Winding is burnt because it got too hot, it got too hot because too much current passed through it.

If you want a more professional answer then provide the pertinent facts surrounding the incident.
