Charpy Tests on A105 / A216WCB Valves

I have a customer asking for Gate/Globe valves forged - A105 and Cast - A216WCB,

with a Charpy 27J at -35ºC. looking to the ASTM standards A105/A216WCB are limited to -29ºC Someone help on this. is this correct? is possible to do this kind of impact tests ?
