I've never heard of MMS to describe PVC wall thickness but that's OK, there are one or two things I don't know. Is the US, PVC wall thickness is rated by schedule numbers; standard is code 40, heavy duty is schedule 80. There is a heavier one (XXS) but I can't remember exactly what it is, maybe schedule googleplex.
