Heat Accumulators for Hot Water and Air Conditioning Accumulators

I am doing my research work on; heat accumulators for hot water and Air conditioning accumulators. Problem is that so far, I didn't find a lot of calculations (equations to calculate) for these 2 topics. I need calculations for capacity of accumulated hot water for different types of accumulators, heat losses for different examples, calculations of amount of moisture that is removed from the AC (air conditioning) system for different AC accumulators etc.

I also hope that somebody would give me some links of books with this kind of topic.
