"Typical" and "Shop" Drawings?

What is the different between typical dwg and shop dwg.

any advise.

Typicals guide the design drawings. The shop drawings are detail drawings of the individual pieces, telling how long the piece must be and where to punch the holes in it so that it will fit in the support shown on the design drawing.
