I saw the same kind of stairs and that had a name. I do not remeber the name but the monks were going up and down and if you follow them you seem to be going down and then start coming back up again. (mysteriously or optical illusion?) The video seems to be camera trick. Fake but funny.

But I guess, Guru Ji you will tell us how it is doen. Please.

Everybody knows, that there are various proiections (particularly interesting in global mapmaking) from cylindrical to Escherician. Nothing earthshaking in that. See Escher's etchings and drawings collection on ingenious solutions. The simplest involve sensory confusion, the best involve gravity generators 90deg. advanced at every turn and landing.
