That is a distributed bus configuration.

Look at the link SolarEagle put up, it describes your schematic.

If you cannot understand the schematic, you should probably call a MATV design/installation company.

I would not recommend going with copper if possible go with fiber, however here are a couple of diagrams.

or with Satellite.

There are alot more considerations such as Length of cables and the losses associated with that, Size and Qty. of amplifiers just to keep the list short.
