Yep, don't stick your hand in between the rolls. Make sure your not putting too much grease in the bearings, Hire quality people to run your shop who know what they are doing. Pay a good wage to get those people and your questions will be answered by the high quality staff you just hired to build and run your shop. This is the way everyone else has done this through time.
