If its a correspondence course why does it have to be in India?

"If its a correspondence course why does it have to be in India?"

  • Cost of shipping course materials to the enrollee.
  • Time of transit of lesson submissions and corrections/grades returned.
  • Additional cost of letter posts.
  • Delays in learning process, not knowing how you are progressing.
  • Considerably more difficult that an in-country school.

With todays "paperless" society and the internet as the communication focal point, I would have thought the above points mute

You are correct. It is a moot point.

It is called DISTANCE LEARNING

Both the traditional correspondence schools and Universities are using the internet to facilitate learning on any and all subjects.

You can suggest any university or institute anywhere in the World.

I tried the Google search but it does not give good results

I'll guess a Google search would yield more and faster result then posting here.

If searching for info on the internet through Google is already a challenge .....
