Guys please let me know if i am going to place the pressure transmitter above the tapping point for liquid services , what adjustments should i make for the transmitter to get the correct reading?

Specifically regarding your question on transmitter placement, the effect on calibration resulting from locating the transmitter at some height other than the tapping point is called either "elevation" or "suppression". Basically, the weight of the liquid in the impulse tube between the transmitter and the process connection point generates either a pressure or a vacuum that offsets the amount of pressure registerd by the instrument.
