Yes, You are right. My mother tongue is not English but I think you have got the meaning right too.

On one side I have said manufacturer response is helpful, means, I already approached the manufacturer. Yes I did. I have received a reply from their local service department stating that they do not have the details.

Now the question is how to get such details. I am at the same point.
