What is this c25 grade? This is a metric designation. I deal with concrete daily but in the USA. For normal concrete, like for a driveway, takes 30 days to cure. However, it can be used earlier. It usually reachs 90% of it's strength in 14 days. There are addatives that can speed or slow that time. So it can vary from a few minutes to a few months. That can vary also. I had a job once where the mortar took 2 months to cure. Until then you could crumble it with you fingers. I called ACI and together we figured out that since this was a white cement and a white silica sand the geling reaction was slowed down because the sand particles were so pure they sheded the water needed for hyradtion.
Short answer: It depends on a lot of things. Including the load and weather.
Pretty sure C25 refers to a type of grading scale of Unconfined Compressive Strengths. So is not really anything to do with setting time except superficially. Some types of concretes can be hard in half an hour, set in a day but wont be entirely cured in a month.
Too many variables to mention but will name a few.
Aggregate size. Fine size. Cement:water ratio. . Admixes alone: Accelerators - Water reducers - Air entrainers - Stabilisers - Retarders - Curing agents - Plasticisers. etc.
Ambient temperature. Humidity. Most Standards in the World are set for a month.
Usually 28 days is a rule of thumb for everyday concrete. Keep it moist as this will aid the hydration process and cure it faster. ( less chance of cracking)
In other words give it a month and you should be right.
