Rigid Filter to electrolytic process

06/08/2007 5:03 PM

Hello!

I need a rigid filter to capture the anodic slime generated in a silver electrolytic process, the size of particle of the slime is of 15 microns. At the moment I have a polyester filter but like it is a material that doesn't have rigidity and the operation to take out the anodic slime of the electrolytic cell it has to be in a manual handle, and I need a rigid filter in such a way that allows me to connect it recirculation pipes, to be able to take out the anodic slime in a continuous process.
The material of the filter will tolerate nitric acidity of 0.2 - 0.5% to a temperature of 40-60°C.
i need to know about some supplier that manages this filter type, any information please to make it to me to arrive.
