Have you tried doing any internet searching on your own? Try typing in the info you have posted here, you might be surprised by what you find.

What sort of packages are they in

according to ecadata.de both are 5 pin devices (not transistors).

SIs is an AS1917S

V1P is an R3119N036E

they are SOT23 and they are mosfet becuase i have schematic of circuit on which these transistors are used and by multimeter i have checked there switching by applying gate pulse, but i am unable to identify the actual part number of these transistors for reference i have attached the snap shot of this transistor.

Have you got a good magnifying glass or a better camera.

I think that might be STs

an Infineon BSS139

A good picture of the V1P might help.

My experience with this question will not make you happy. The manufacturers "top mark" codes are not consistent. For instance, the common 3904 SMT transistor from Diodes Inc. is marked with K1N (plus date code), NXP marks a 7A (plus a country code), and ON Semi marks with a 1AM (plus a date code). The only thing I've been able to use them for is to make sure a bunch of parts that are supposed to be the same are probably the same (assuming the batch of circuit boards was made with parts from only one vendor). This is the problem with tiny parts. You will probably have to have somebody who is good at circuit troubleshooting guess a valid substitute.

Good luck!
