i need a plant inspection level 2,3 course notes (API, ASME or TWI), could anyone help me?

lyn, your approach is not true. Kindly i can say that i was a industrial inspector and since 2010 i am a government inspector. I need that information because of preparing sevesso directive education.best regards

A competent educator would perform their own research so that they were sure of the content of the information they were using.

Go to the various agencies, explain that you are an educator and ask them for help.

Then, at least, you will be sure of the source.

Your request for information gives no indication of the reason you need it.
