Material Selection

I am working on oil and for its properties study on PIN ON DISC apparatus. I need to select material for PIN and DISC. Please suggest Pair of material for piston ring and liner. Suggest me material which can be easily available in market. I can easily get steel and aluminium alloys, Mild steel from near by market. The HRC value for disc should be near about 60 and pin must be softer than that.
