What to Use: Agar, Agarose or PAGE Gel?

Hi to all

i need to prepare a thin gel sheet,which doesnt get dissolved in water.

well, the pore size of the gel should be around 50 angstrom.

so out of agar, agarose and PAGE gel,which one should i use.

and please also tell me the procedure to make the appropriate gel.
