Dell XPS 15z Screen Problem

Dear All

Need your help my dell XPs 15Z screen show gridlines( vertical) and snowy.

Is it something with software update or what.

No, it's the ID 10 T in front of the screen.

Go to the DOS prompt and type C: Dell XPS 15z Screen

You may have to reboot after this. Be sure to use the safe mode.
