Transformer Rating Vis-A-Vis Voltage Ratio

Is there Standard specifying typical capacities of transformers in each voltage ratio, say, 11kV/433V, 22kV/433V, 33kV/433V, 33kV/11kV, 66kV/11kV, etc. Or is there a sealing maximum capacity in each voltage ratio? And, the answers may please be referred back to some National/International Standards.

Any capacity is available within any voltage ratio (within reason). Capacities are normally defined by the transformer manufacture's facilities and expertise and the voltage ratios by the supply voltages and customer's machine requirements.
