I don't know how they can make claims of no exothermic temperature issues. This I 'gots' to see.

Where investor scamming takes its biggest toll is in the mistrust left behind. This would be outside of the financial losses of the 'scammed'.

This appears to be a battery design with some elements of super-capacitors.

I'm hopeful they "really" have some level of breakthrough which will significantly improve current battery technology. The main limitation to large scale acceptance of pure Electric Vehicles is battery cost/performance. However, the history of overestimating the impact of new concepts by Companies and Media make me highly skeptical. This will likely be no more than a small (but necessary) step forward.
