When the 5 year old drank a bottle of 'eu de toilet', he was well smashed, but the hospital said not to worry, he would just have a headache in the morning. and the most outrages flatulence) They also said, it was a good job it was not perfume. So, toilet water good - perfume bad.

The difference is the amount of the parfume´s concentrate added to the base, which is distilled water + alcohol.

Eau de toliette´s have less concentrate than parfumes. Therefore the scent of the latter lasts longer.
