Trivalent Plating

Hi,

Now a days in all Auto/Enginnering companies are converting the Cr6 to Cr3 Plating. Now the Quality of Plating is also one more complicating. Now getting good consistency is very difficult affaire. now any one can suggest to get the zinc plating process to achieve the 200 hrs(white) on passivation and 420 hrs(red Corosion) on base materials.
