ATP Software Tutorial / Rule Book

hi , i am going to do my final project for my study about modelling leakage current of insulator using atp draw, but i have difficulties about how to use this program properly especially for TACS, i want to use this program to simulate the arcing circuit

i search for the tutorial of this program and i've read a post about atp rule book and i guess that maybe that rule book have the answer about my question

but when i want to download it, it's been deleted :(

so could anyone help me to upload atp rule book file or some tutorial how to use the atp draw's tacs especially to modelling the arcing circuit?

please help me....
