There are a number of things to look for in maintaining a transformer. Firstly, are there any oil leaks, I am assuming it is an oil filled transformer. If the oil is leaking, it is probably from the bushings, in which case the transformer will have to come off line and have the bushings replaced. The oil needs to be analysed for any pcbs, gases and water. You will also need to check for corona leaks.

The data of transformer are 11/33 KV: 47 MVA, 33/6,9 KV: 20 MVA,11/0,4 KV:2 MVA, 6,9/0,4 KV- 500 KVA. The transformer not use bushing but use busduct. My in tropis area/reagen in high humadity 54 - 80 %. Temperature ambient 22 - 36 degree C. that is it I can explain.

Apart from Oil leakage ,you have to check dielectric strength of oil regularly to maintain at least 35 KV.Other wise oil is to be filtered.Check flexible joints between busings and busbars inside the duct.check nuetral grounding, earthing etc.
