Looking for info on Cathodic Protection test, and what handbook can be helpful if any?

Try the instruction leaflet produced by each sacrificial anode manufacturer!

Cannot think of any of the top of my head. The Cathodic Protection supplier websites generally have some good information online.

IF you are within the scope of 40 CFR (even if you aren't), this link has a number of references for all aspects of underground storage tanks.
