i want to ask the detailed calculation of air to air heat exchanger.

You need to know all you can to know about the process, what kind of fluids you have to transfer heat(viscosity,if it are corrosive, etc) pressions, flows, temperatures (2 at less). With it you must to choice the kind of exchanger.

You should provide some details before designing the heat exchangers ist of there there will be a process design in which we require process specification sheet so from where to start? do inform me, then mechanical design..............
