Why I Don't Receive Cr4

Dear gurus- yesterday I asked the same- why I do not receive cr4, I was told to check my subscription- well I did it yesterday, and right now.

It seems that everything is okay- I appear to be subscribed the same as for lot of years, and still, I do not receive cr4!

You know - it is hard for me to start my morning without the mouse traveling on cr4 with my right hand , while my left holds the coffee!

Your setting for CR4 Daily Digest Subscription within your profile was still set to Unsubscribe. I just changed it to Subscribe. So, tomorrow, you should begin receiving the Daily Digest newsletter.

If you do not start receiving it, it's happening because of one of the following:

  1. It's going to a spam folder
  2. You accidentally marked a Daily Digest as spam in the past, and so we will need to reset you in the system

If the Daily Digest doesn't show up in your inbox or spam folder, please let us know, and we can get the second problem fixed for you.

The Digest is sent out in the evening each day - usually around 10:00 PM EST.
