Indian Foods

06/27/2014 7:49 AM

India foods- It is becoming popular in many countries. Indian curries are famous dish in western world. There are many Indian snacks which are not known to people in some countries.

Normally Indians eat full meal called Thali for lunch and dinner. It is well balanced food consisting of Chapati-wheat bread, rice, vegetables, dal-lentil and cup of curd. So thali contains balanced proportion all vitamins, carbohydrates, proteins, and fat.

It is not engineering subject but engineers do need good energetic meal after hard work. For benefit of our U.S members, I would like to inform them that new serial called Food Food has started on Dish Channel No.713 where Indian food and recipes are shown to viewers. Interesting channel, you can learn and try Indian snacks and foods in you home.
