Impellar Blade Materials

Hi everyone.

I am analysing the effects of changing the material used for impellar , impellar blade angle, stage casing material and other varaible parameters in a Submersible Pump.

But i cannot finday resources or even trying out practically.

Could u guys suggest how i procede and some materials i could refer to.

Can u provide me with the mostly used parameters.

If you are trying to design a better Pump than anyone else makes at present then you have a hard job in front of you. I suggest you spend the next few years doing a relevant course at a good universty and do your own homework

Contact the hydraulic institute USA. They have reems of technical data available on the subject. That said, I agree your task is a mighty one and there are no quick answers. It's like trying to redesign the wheel; a few people have given it a try over the years before you.
