Heat Transfer Oil, How to Reduce CCR and to Apply Conditional Monitoring

07/12/2014 2:05 PM

CCR 2.68, Thermal Fluid is Mineral, Life Time operation above 10 years. I would like to reduce the CCR and implement a simple and effective conditional monitoring in this system.

Please inform:

1. the equipment

2. type of censors for automation and monitoring

3 variables to be monitored and controlled

thank you.

It is best to explain an acronym before you use it. I know that your use of CCR has nothing to do with California Code of Regulations, Continuity of Care Records or Creedence Clearwater Revival.

Please explain better what you want.

This is not a tutoring site.

GlobalSpec - Engineering Search & Industrial Supplier ... may be able to help you learn about the complex subject.

Normally people who do this have at least two years of applicable experience.

We can't infuse you with two years of knowledge in 5 paragraphs.

1. the equipment INTERNET SEARCH ENGINE

2. type of censors for automation and monitoring HEAT AND FLOW

3 variables to be monitored and controlled WHATEVER VARIABLES ARE CRITICAL TO REDUCE CCR.

Dear all, Thank you for your response. CCR=conradson carbon residue. Max ccr = 1 All text book only provide ideal system, that is very complex / difficult to install and to maintain. I need more practical approach.

As you are finding out, it is not for the uninformed.

D189 - 06(2010) - ASTM International

You will fail miserably without professional help.
Why even attempt it if you know nothing about it?
Have you thought to search for, "conradson carbon residue" testing and control on the web?

LynDoor™Industries, CCR&R BMOC Division has just introduced a new control system. It is much simpler than the old style.

It consists of just two simple systems, pictured below.

This is actually to the CR4 administrator? Is it possible to ensure that at least theoriginal blog initiator cannot post anonymously?
