The roles are the same as with any production facility. Look on Google for factory worker roles.

Why do you want to know?

Interview question?

Homework?

Want a promotion?

Hey, it wouldn't be the first time someone asked a large business start-up broad question here on CR4.

If this is a new start up, then there should probably be enough $ to hire someone with the experience to do this. Every aspect of manufacturing is just a little bit different.

This is management organisation chart where the manager suppose to know how to plan his organisation chart and who is suppose to be on top and who is suppose to be at the bottom and how is he going to run the plant. Every plant has its different way to organizing his manpower.
