My name is Olda Zinke
In
1975 I have begun work on a concept of a human habitat in the form of
a geodesic sphere that
is mass producible yet fully customizable during the initial
manufacture and can be infinitely altered and accessorized after its
installation. I have made two serious efforts, "1980" and
"1997" to realize my concept. Walked away from the 1980 effort
and after my 1997 effort stalled in 2001 I took a long sabbatical
from it all. Eventually I have resolved that while I utterly believe
in the concept I don't have the right tool to properly realize it and
got back to work on it.
In the winter of 2012 - 2013 I have
created the tool - "the sphere of OZ".
The adaptation of a
geodesic sphere based on the sphere of OZ for a human habitat is only
one among virtually an infinite number of applications for a geodesic
sphere. A geodesic sphere is only one among virtually an infinite
